Pickup Instructions
1. Clear immigration and collect your baggage.
2. Exit through the customs green channel.
3. Enter the main arrivals hall on Level 0 (Ground Floor).
4. Look for the chauffeur meet & greet waiting zone past the exit barriers.
5. Your chauffeur will be holding a digital name board with your name.
6. If you cannot locate your driver, call the number on your booking confirmation.
Landmark: Opposite Starbucks on Level 0, near the information desk. Look for the sign Chauffeur & Pre-arranged Pickups.
