Pickup Instructions
1. Clear immigration and collect your baggage.
2. Exit through the customs green channel.
3. You will enter the main arrivals hall on Level 0 (Ground Floor).
4. Look for the chauffeur meet & greet waiting zone on your right, past the exit barriers.
5. Your chauffeur will be standing with a digital name board displaying your name.
6. If you cannot locate your driver, call the number on your booking confirmation.
Landmark: Directly opposite Costa Coffee on Level 0, adjacent to Bureau de Change. Look for the sign "Chauffeur & Pre-arranged Pickups".
